WE ARE OPEN AND DELIVERING 7 DAYS A WEEK – Our customers and employee’s safety is always our top priority. As such, we wanted to let you know what action we are taking during this unsettling time with COVID-19 to ensure everyone is still able to enjoy our beautiful flowers.
Deliveries and Packaging
The NHS has stated that it is very unlikely that COVID-19 can be spread through packaging, such as our flower bouquets. However, where our customers request it, we are happy to take additional precautions of doing contact- free deliveries.
- Contact Free Deliveries
If you choose this, our delivery driver will leave your bouquet at the door rather than handing it over to the recipient and stand at least 2 metres back.
How to request:
Online: When making an order online please request ‘contact free delivery’ in the Delivery Instructions box.
By Phone/In Person: Please ask our florists so they can put this on the delivery form
Flower Availability
At present, we are having no issues with receiving flowers from our fantastic suppliers. In addition, we are in the fortunate position of having a large walk in refrigerator which gives us the ability to hold an abundance of fresh flowers for our customers all year round.
As always, we will endeavour to fulfil all orders and requests but may need to substitute certain varieties dependent on availability and quality concerns.
